Interpretations

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Payment Due Upon Completion

• Payment for all services is due immediately upon completion of the cleaning service.

Accepted Payment Methods

• We accept various forms of payment, including cash, Check, electronic transfers Such as Zelle and Credit/Debit cards.
• Please inform our team of your preferred payment method before the service is completed.

Late Payment Fees

• Payments not received within 7 days of the service date will incur a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount.
• Continued non-payment beyond 30 days will result in additional charges and potential suspension of future services.

Non-Payment Policy

• Purpose: This policy outlines the procedures and actions Claudia's Pro Cleaning will take in the event that a client does not fulfill their payment obligations. The goal is to ensure clarity, fairness, and consistency in handling non-payment issues, while protecting the financial health of the business. The scope of this policy applies to all clients who receive cleaning services from Claudia's Pro Cleaning Co, and fail to pay their invoices within the specified time frame.
• If payment is not received within 30 days past the due date, the account may be referred to a collection agency. And / or COURT to Small Claims The client will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of the collection process, including agency fees and legal expenses.

Receipts and Records

• Upon receipt of your payment, a confirmation receipt will be provided for your records.
• For electronic payments, a digital receipt will be sent to your email address on file.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Disputes and Adjustments

• If you have any concerns or discrepancies with the invoice, please contact us immediately.
• We will work with you to resolve any issues and make necessary adjustments if required.
